Born and raised in the Camelback Corridor, my career in real estate began in 1997 when I became one of the youngest actively licensed agents on the west coast. Combined with my area knowledge of real estate, I have become a local expert at putting together smooth, trouble-free transactions.

Kelly considers herself a native Phoenician having lived here since she was five years old. Growing up in the Camelback Corridor Kelly attended Camelback High and then moved to Tucson and graduated from the University of Arizona. After spending ten years in the radio industry, she decided it was time to begin pursuing her true passion in life which is buying and selling homes. In 1999 Kelly bought her first investment home in the Arcadia area and began her new business known as Red Door Renovation. Things took off quickly and in the next ten years Kelly would buy and renovate dozens of homes in the neighborhood she knows and loves!
Kelly has lived in Arcadia for nearly 15 years with her husband Jim and son Riley. She has actively worked in Real Estate for several years and specializes in helping buyers find the perfect house to renovate or call home for their families. When you talk with Kelly it quickly becomes very clear that nothing excites her more than "the hunt" for the perfect property. Kelly is truly an expert on the Phoenix market and can quickly assess her buyers needs and make the home buying process exciting and fun. Jacqueline, who now calls Phoenix "home", has succeeded in her Real Estate career through her passion for learning and educating herself, and through truly understanding the needs and wants of her clients to provide a positive Real Estate experience.
Jacqueline began her career in Real Estate in 2003, immediately after obtaining her Bachelor's degree from Florida State University. Having started her career off as a Licensed Transaction Coordinator for a National Top Producing Agent for one of Florida's premier Real Estate firms, she quickly gained the knowledge necessary to be a success in the industry.
After moving to Phoenix and obtaining her Arizona Real Estate license, she expanded her knowledge by joining an established Real Estate team, acting as their Licensed Transaction Coordinator and Office Manager. Since arriving in Phoenix in 2006, Jacqueline's focus has been on educating herself on the Phoenix Real Estate market, and its surrounding areas, to better serve the needs of the clients that she has the opportunity to work with.

Lee joined The MacLean Team in November of 2009, and brings a wealth of market expertise and a passion for quality service to our Property Management Division. Her diverse background includes highly successful management of single-family homes, as well as multi-family communities. She has thrived in the Property Management Industry by fostering personal relationships and delivering superior market understanding to her clients. Lee’s top priority is representing property owners and tenants with supreme professionalism through demonstrated ability.
She launched her career in Property Management in 1994, serving as a leasing agent for a luxury multi-family housing community in Arizona, where she earned numerous Top Producer awards. As her market knowledge grew and her dynamic leadership ability became evident, she transitioned into the Property Manager position. Once again, she secured Top Manager Awards, and steered her community to the top of the East Valley. She then returned to her native state of Colorado with her husband to become a stay-at-home mom of two and advance her education.
Lee earned her Real Estate License in 2005 immediately following a return to Arizona and joined an established East Valley Property Management Company. As a Residential Property Manager and Team Leader, she was able to develop her market knowledge and extend her professional network. Her resourcefulness and ability to effectively multi-task has earned her many referrals and repeat customers.
